Opportunities
Volunteer roles
Event coordinator
Help plan and run community events, cultural celebrations, and fundraisers. Tasks include logistics, promotion, and on-the-day coordination.
Welfare support volunteer
Assist community members with settlement, referrals to services, and general welfare support. Empathy and good communication skills are essential.
Communications & social media
Help manage our social media channels, write newsletters, and keep the community informed about news and events.
Youth programs volunteer
Support programs for young community members including tutoring, mentoring, and youth events.
Translation & language support
Assist community members who need help with translation between Bengali and English for forms, appointments, or correspondence.
General committee support
Provide administrative support to the committee, assist with meeting minutes, correspondence, and organisational tasks.
